Teens from Rival families marry By: Amy The two teens Romeo and Juliet, each from different families: Capulet and Montague, have been rivaling for many years meet for the first time last night. There was no intention for marriage to occur. The brush of one another hands, was the initial introduction of the two lovers. When they initially meet both are unaware that they are part of different household and when this is realized both are stunned. Juliet comments. " My only love strung from my only hate! Too early seen unknown and known too late! Prodigious birth of love it is to me. That I must love thy enemy". Romeo’s comments are very similar to Juliet’s he says" Is she a Capulet? O dear account! My life is my foe’s debt." They than began to know each other in detail, there love in one another deepen with time. The secret star-crossed lovers exchanged vows that night and married the next day. Nobody knew of this except for Friar Lawrence and Juliet’s Nurse. The two that helped make this happen. Teenager adolescents is known in Verona as not the appropriate age for marriage, and strongly believed by both families. Montague and caplet marring was completely out of the question. Lady Capulet and Capulet along with Lady Montague and Montague felt that they never had to discuss this issue with their children, it was just a known fact. After the marriage was revealed Verona changed forever and Montague’s and Capulets joined together and the rivalry was over.
