| Wallace "Todd" Bebb was born April 7, 1963 in Clayton, New Mexico to Wallace E. Bebb and Helen Maxine (Callis) Bebb. A lifetime resident of Union County, Todd graduated from Clayton High School in 1981. He married Jody Wilcox on October 11, 1995 in Clayton, New Mexico. Todd was a member of the American Junior Rodeo Association (while in high school), New Mexico Rodeo Association, Texas Cowboys Rodeo Association, and Cowboys For Christ. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
