The Princess and the Pig

The princess and the pig
danced and talked.
Meanwhile you and I
sat and gawked.

She had a green crown
that she wouldn't wear.
I upheld a costume
I knew wouldn't tear.

He was big and soft
to lay on and command.
You felt hard and sharp
and wouldn't hold my hand.

He made a pass at me
she melted in the floor.
You just wanted money
I didn't know what for.

She flitted on the dance floor
dissapearing in the wall.
I realized it started
an hour ago in the hall.

They ended up together
it's supposed so did we.
There's no more soft or white now
for you to grab from me.
