This is Universiti Sains Malaysia, or known as University of Science Malaysia. It's located at Penang Island (Main Campus)and recently, if I am not mistaken, this university expanded into a few branch campuses located in the northern region of Western Malaysia. As the name of this university gave you a hint why it's so famous......most of the top science students in Malaysia would attend this university coz' the science and engineering programs are the best in Malaysia!
Too bad my friends in USM are not in this program....they were in the broadcasting/communication college, which is....still the best program in Malaysia!
