This one happens when an energy draining spell is cast.

Sage heard a gasping sound to his left and he turned to see Sai hyperventilating. Sage asked Sai, "Why are you gasping for breath?"

"I think I have an allergic reaction to this spell!" Sai answered as he continued to breathe deeply.
