Many beautiful items have apear through the series. Ones of the prettiest are all of Usagi's transformation brooches. They have many symbols in them. The two firsts ones have a little colored stone for each of the inner senshi. The third was the one made from Usagi's and Mamoru's love. The forth was powered up by Pegasus, and Chibiusa has one like it. The last one has one stone for each of the ten senshi, and was formed when they joined their powers to give Usagi her real transformation: Eternal Sailor Moon.
