We are pawns on a chessboard.
We are pawns in this big scheme.
Manipulated by something greater than ourselves,
We play the roles given to us.
Destiny's the queen.
We are her pawns.
As pawns, whatever she tells us to do,
We pounce on it like lions.
We never think.
We never go behind her back.
For we enjoy this little game.
We enjoy it until our hearts are broken.
Pawns have to suffer this guilt.
Pawns suffer for the consequences the queen makes.
Pawns can never go and change things.
Our lives are ruined.
Our lives are stronger.
Our lives are never the same again.
Can the queen be laughing at us?
We pawns never know why she does these things.
Her secrets are sealed.
They are sealed and carried by the knight.
The knight travels on this Earth.
We pawns never see her.
This chessboard will never end.
It goes around in circles.
Like circles of time.
Pawns are never out of a job.
The queen will forever use us.
Destiny is never finished.
