Sailorvenus
Sailorvenus is by far the most experienced senshi, as she was Sailor V before she became Sailorvenus. According to the manga, while Sailormoon is busy being the Moon Princess or moping around over Tuxedo Kamen, Venus is the leader of the inner senshi, and the "decoy princess" since she and Usagi look so much alike. Not only does she look like Usagi, but she acts like her too (think of the episode where everyone caught the flu ^_^). She spends most of her time chasing after cute guys, but she was cursed by Adonis/Danburite from the Dark Kingdom to never have a successful relationship. Artemis is her pet cat, but he'd prefer to be called an "advisor." From my own observation, she seems to have some kind of self-esteem problem in the animé...
