Entrance: Pluto is first introduced in Chibiusa's flashbacks. She seems to be a comforting person to her, a motherly figure. We actually meet her in colume 5 I believe, when she comes from the future to try to save the King and Queen. When Prince Diamond gets his hands on Usagi's and Chibiusa's ginzuishou, and she sees Black Lady, she must act.
She has a flashback, and remembers Queen Serenity telling her that her power is to control time. "But, you must never stop time," she warns, for Pluto will die if she does...
But she knows that she must save Small Lady. Holding up her Time Staff, she shouts out the words,TIME, STOP!, and everything is frozen in time...
From the star of time, Pluto is my guardian. The senshi of revoltuion, Sailorpluto!
Time is only stopped for those Pluto commands (Diamond and such). But with this, the other senshi reawaken, including Black Lady! As Pluto lays down, lying, she speaks to her, knowing her true form...when she dies, BL turns back into Chibiusa, and then, Sailorchibimoon. They kill Dimando and the Death Phantom. Pluto is reborn, like the others, on Earth, as Meiou Setsuna.
Talisman: Pluto is the holder of one of the three talismans, the Garnet Orb. Neptune holds the Aqua Mirror, and Uranus the Sapce Sword. When the three are together, the senshi of destruction, Sailorsaturn is summoned. When the three outer senshi finally get together (after Setsuna awakens), they finally explain to Princess Serenity about Saturn, how she is summoned only to destroy, and resurrect, worlds. In volume 10, the talismans, as if acting on their own, shine a bright light. She, the destruction senshi, is summoned, and presumes to destroy Pharaoh 90 using her "Death Reborn Revolution!". Unfortunately, this also presumes to destroy the world, so Pluto stops time to prevent this. SM heals the half-devastated world afterwards, and
Saturn is reborn as little baby Hotaru, whom Michiru, Setsuna, and Haruka take care of.
Henshin and attacks:
"Pluto Planet Power make up!" - first henshin, turns her into Sailorpluto
"Pluto Crystal Power make up!" - second henshin, turns her into Supersailorpluto and Sailorstarpluto
"TIME, STOP!"
"Dead Scream!"
"Chronos Typhoon!" (used in general, but also when Galaxia turned her evil)
Personality: Setsuna is probably the little-most seen senshi, besides the Kinmoku girls. She is out of school and works in a lab, where she seems to be very dedicated to her work. To baby Hotaru, she is very motherly, though probabaly not to the extent of Michiru. She is nicer to the inners than the others, and is of course very fond of Chibiusa, who she calls "Small Lady". Chibiusa calls her "Puu", so cute!
The rest of the story: Pluto plays smaller roles in the coming chapters, as she tries to help destroy Ziroconia and Neherenia, and later
Galaxia.
In the Galaxia saga, she and Saturn go to their respective castles (Charon and, umm...what was Saturn's?)
to try to help, but are killed before Eternal Sailormoon can get there! In the end, however, all are resurrected when Sailorcosmos intervenes. Setsuna stands with Hotaru, Ami, and Makoto, so happy to be alive, so happy to see Usagi alive.
To sum it up: Sailorpluto is a very interesting character who doesn't appear often enough! She is one of my favorites, defenitely. Her dedication and caring for Chibiusa is very touching, as she even died once for her. Her and baby Hotaru are very cute together, too. If only we knew mroe about Pluto, I could write more! I love her anyway though. =)
