  • Fill the following information listed below into the "Return Service Form" to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Information needed for "Return Service Form"
    1. Customer ID#
    2. Quantity
    3. Invoice# from the packing slip
    4. COMPU-CLUB Item#
    5. Invoice Date
    6. Serial# from the product
  • State your reason for returning the purchased product (defective, DOA, non-defective)
  • If the product is DOA (Dead on Arrival) we will give you a refund or a replacement
  • Please state if the product has been opened or not
