What is a Brown Box Package?

A Brown-Box package is a package containing the "specific item" ordered, plus the software needed to install the "specific item".  This package usually comes in a "brown" box hence the name "Brown-Box" package.

Accessories included in a Brown Box packaged vary by item.  Brown Box items, are brand new items minus the box itself, and any 3rd party demo software such as "Games Samplers".

How do I know my transaction is secure?

How to place an order

  1. Click on the buy button associated with the product.
  2. The shopping cart will display the product, quantity, per unit cost and total cost of your order. You may change the quantity of the item to the appropriate number then click on the "Update Cart" button. To continue shopping you may click on "Continue Shopping" button or you may click on "Secure Check-out" button to complete your order process. To remove an item from the shopping cart simply change the quantity to "0" and click on "Update Cart" button.
  3. If you do not specify how you want to ship your order it will be shipped by Federal Express Savor. You must enter the billing address (same as the shipping address) or if you have a pre-approved shipping address on the Check-Out Stand form.
  4. Please enter your method of payment, credit card number, and expiration date.
  5. Please indicate you are a California resident by check the box "If you live in California check this box."
  6. Now proofread what you enter in the Check-Out Stand. This page will display all the detail information of this specific order. An order number will be display on the upper left of the page. This is the only record of your order, you must save or print this page for your records. If purchasing by money order, cashiers check, personal check or company check you must mail a printed copy of this page along with the payment to Compu-Club. Please write the order number on all checks remitted to Compu-Club. All return check will be charged $20.00.

If your order is to ship by Federal Express, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Cancel an order

Once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel the order unless the item is backordered. You will be informed by email if you have order item that is backordered.

Order status

Just go to "eContacts" and click on "Customer Services" to email us your request with an order number. Order placed before 4:00PM EST normally ship same day. Order received after 4:00PM EST will ship on the following business day.

Money Back Guarantee

If your product becomes defective within the first 30 days from the invoiced date, you may return it for a refund or replacement. Before returning any item, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) from our Return Service Department by filling the Return Service Form. Your RMA number will be email to you within 48 hours of your request. If you are to return the defective item for a refund, you will be refund the original purchase price of the item, excluding shipping and handling charges. You must return the product in original condition at your expense including packaging, documentation and the warranty card, and in our warehouse within 30 days of the invoiced date. CPU, memory, hard drive, software and special order item may only be returned for a replacement. All non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping Estimates

We provide next day, second day and three day (Federal Express Savor) shipping service to all our members. The total shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of the all the items in your order. For any refused shipment you will be charged $20.00.
