Phantom on the Moon: Ch. 6 - Mewtwo and the Final Conflict
The Sailor Scouts of Venus were standing in the front of the palace,
waiting for their target. Elder Venus noticed Younger Venus deep in
thought, "Penny for your thoughts."
Younger Venus was startled out of her concentration,
"Wha....Wha.....What? What did you say mother?"
"Mina are you o.k.," Elder Venus asked, concerned for her daughter.
Younger Venus shrugged her shoulder, "Ya, I guess. I had a run in
with Sailor Pluto last night, and I'm just thinking about what's been going
on over the past week," Younger Venus noticed something not far from the
palace gates, "What was that?" As to answer her question, something that
looked like some sort of cat on two feet, about 7 ft. tall leaped out of a
bush and rushed the scouts, knocking them off their feet. Younger Venus
muttered something about large cats and claws before she recovered from her
daze and attacked, "VENUS CRESCENT BEAM SMASH." Younger Venus's attack
seemed to only bounce off some invisible force field around Mewtwo.
Elder Venus finally got up and did her attack, "VENUS SOLAR RAYS
CRASH." Like Mina's attack, her mother's also bounced off a force field of
sorts. Mewtwo rushed them again and there was a sudden flash of some kind.
Both Venus Scouts looked like they were a little confused about something
before they shook off the attack and attacked Mewtwo together, "VENUS SOLAR
RAYS CRASH."
"VENUS CRESCENT BEAM SMASH," both attacks went at Mewtwo, but it
only dodged the attacks. Younger Venus was a little frustrated before she
sent her attack again, "VENUS CRESCENT BEAM SMASH."
Elder Venus also attacked, but to the side of Younger Venus's
attack. Mewtwo dodged Mina's only to get hit by her Mother's attack, "VENUS
SOLAR RAYS CRASH." Mewtwo was now ragging mad and attacked like there was
no tomorrow. Both Scouts were a little bruised by the attacks Mewtwo
posed. All of a sudden, what looked like mist came out of Mewtwo's body and
enveloped the Venus scouts in a dome of ice. After the Mist solidified into
an ice dome Elder and Younger Venus powered up their attacks, "VENUS SOLAR
RAYS CRASH."
"VENUS CRESCENT BEAM SMASH," after Younger Venus cut loose on her
attack, both hit the ice dome with no affect to it what so ever.
After several minutes of attacking their cage, both Venus Scouts sat
down to take a rest, Elder Venus spoke up, "Have any ideas on how to break
out? I'm out of ideas." There was no answer from Younger Venus as she
stood back up onto her feet. It was getting pretty cold in that dome and if
they didn't get out soon, they'd freeze to death. Elder Venus turned to
look at Younger Venus, and saw her in a raging fit, "Mina are you, o.k.?"
Younger Venus didn't answer that question either. She was ragging
mad that people were probably getting heart and she couldn't do anything
about it. Knowledge entered her head. She raised her hand again to
attack. Elder Venus was about to ask what she was doing when Mina shouted,
"VENUS CRESCENT BEAM SHOWER." This time instead of one crescent beam,
multiple crescent beams came out of her finger. The beams hit the dome and
put a hole in it. Right after that, the rest of the dome collapsed. After
the Venus Scout got out of the pile of ice, they turned their attention to
Mewtwo, who just finished injuring another guard.
It turned around just in time to see Elder Venus's attack, "VENUS
SOLAR RAYS CRASH." Again Mewtwo dodged the attack.
Younger Venus spoke up, "Let's see if it can dodge multiple attacks,
VENUS CRESCENT BEAM SHOWER."
Elder Venus added her attack as well, "VENUS SOLAR RAYS CRASH."
Mewtwo tried to dodge too many attacks. Most of Mina's crescent beams hit
Mewtwo followed by Elder Venus's attack and was turned into dust.
After they recovered from battle, Elder Venus asked, "Mina where did
you learn that attack?"
Younger Venus said, "It just came to me while we were in that ice
dome. I got so mad, and then the knowledge went into my head, so I used it."
Elder Venus nodded with a smile, "I think your powers have reached a
new level, but right now we should get to the Throne Room. I don't like the
idea of Sailor Moon fighting on her own if the Doom Phantom showed up."
"Got to agree with you there Mother," Younger Venus said just before
they sprinted into a mad dash for the Throne Room.
In the Throne Room, Princess Serenity had just entered. All the
Scouts just went to battle the approaching droids, "You sent for me mother?"
"Yes, we did Princess Serenity. You may or may not know this but
the palace is about to be attacked," Queen Serenity informed.
Sailor Moon spoke up, "For your safety, and your mother's safety as
well, the two of you are to remain here until it's all clear."
"Serena, are you sure," Princess Serenity asked worry all over her
face.
"Yes Serenity, four patrols, one of witch was wiped out, spotted
droids heading for the palace. All the other Scouts went to intercept
them," Sailor Moon said with a hint of a command tone to her voice.
This puzzled Princess Serenity, "If they could just appear out of
thin air on the palace, why would they journey to the palace? It doesn't
make sense."
"We think the Doom Phantom sent them as a distraction, so that's
why I suggested you two stay in here," Sailor Moon said.
"Congratulations Sailor Moon. I think a dog could have figured it
out faster then you. Hahahahahahahahaha.," said a familiar, yet evil voice.
Just like before, a wind appeared out of no where. A light show took place
and the Doom Phantom teleported into the palace Throne Room.
Sailor Moon was in an out rage, "Wiseman, how nice to show your ugly
face to me again after I thought I toasted you, so I can definitely toast
you this time."
The Doom Phantom just laughed, "Last time your future daughter was
around with her silver crystal to help you. Now it's just you, me, and my
shadow warriors." As if on cue, every shadow in the Throne Room changed
into a black creature, ready to do some damage, and mayhem. With red eyes
they laughed an evil laugh. Before they knew it, Queen Serenity, and Sailor
Moon were surrounded by 30 shadow warriors, Princess Serenity went behind
the Throne as her mother asked.
Queen Serenity had a question that had to be asked, "Sailor Moon,
what did the Doom Phantom mean by your future daughter?"
Sailor Moon answered, "Remember the princess of Crystal Tokyo I and
Sailor Pluto told you about," at Serenity's nod Sailor Moon Continued, "Near
the end of the Nega-Moon war, I and the rest of the 20th century Sailor
Scouts discovered that she was my future daughter. In my time, she isn't
even born yet." By this point, Queen Serenity was in shock at this news.
The Shadow Warriors
began their advance toward the Moon fighters. Sailor Moon knew that her
Sailor Scout attacks would not stop them. So, she used a few of her older
tricks she learned when she was under Goku's training. She brought her
hands together at her right side and began to chant, "KAAAAAAAAMEEEEEEEEEEEE
HAAAAAAAAAMEEEEEEEHAAAAAAAAA." A large beam of energy emitted from Sailor
Moon's hands when she thrusted her hands in front of her. This beam hit
several Shadow Warriors and turned them into dust.
Queen Serenity was shocked, "Where did you learn that attack? I
never saw you use it in practice."
Serena smiled, "Just something I learned from a friend of mine."
Even the Doom Phantom was shocked, "So you have some hidden tricks up
your sleeve. It won't stop my warriors. Shadow Warriors attack." The
Shadow Warriors began their advance again. Sailor Moon through in some more
Kamehameha blasts and took out several more warriors.
Queen Serenity even used small amounts of crystal power and took out
some Shadow Warriors near her as well. At this point they were now down to
15 Shadow Warriors. Sailor Moon tried another trick she had up her sleeve.
She went into a fighting stance and started building up power.
A humming like noise could be heard before Queen Serenity traced it
to where Serena was standing as she shouted, "KAIO-KEN ATTACK." Sailor Moon
was immediately inveloped in an energy field that looked like fire. After
she had the power going, she launched another Kamehameha, which was a lot
stronger when combined with a Kaio-Ken attack. This attack wiped out most
of the remaining Shadows Warriors, but 5 remained and Queen Serenity and
Sailor Moon were spent of all energy. the Shadow Warriors came in for the
kill.
From behind a pillar inside the Throne Room, our mystery figure
watched from out of sight, "Sailor Moon is in serious trouble here. If I
don't do something soon, she's finished." The figure stepped out of the
shadows. She raised her brooch into the air and shouted, "MOON PRISM
POWER."
