Great photos, your little Piper is a doll. Our daughter, Elyse Joy Yuying, born 9/27/98, was adopted in Hefei on November 15,1999. She was from Wuhu City,in Anhui Province. We were told by more than one person in China that it is well known that the most beautiful women in China are in Anhui Provi ce! We adopted through Children's Bridge.

Dear Kris and Andy, My office (I am teaching Latin at Laurier at the moment) is not yet heated but the computer room is, so I took a look at the updates to your website while killing time between my class and its afternoon seminar. As usual, you have done a magnificent jo updating your website. I have some more photos of everyone taken at the party at Doris and John's place over Labour Day weekend. I hope to be at Michelle and Franco's for the party next week, and in the interim we may be at Yulin's gathering in the Toronto area on the weeken . Helen is making rapid improvement in her understanding of English, including the occasional two-part request ("Could you please take Bear and go downstairs" and "Those (spice jars) are not yours. Please put it back") and stories oo numerous to mention. Our two cats are, on the whole, doing a wonderful job enduring the mauling of an increasingly energetic toddler. Very nice web site and great photos! Glad that I found it when I was surfing the site for China referrals by province. We met our daughter Sadira 8/9/99 and we have been home for almost 3.5 weeks. She's doing fine. Where did you stay in Hefei? We staye at the Holiday Inn Crowne Plaza Hotel. How did you like Hefei (my wife, who speaks Mandarin, pronounces it as "Ha-fay" and you won't have me telling her she's wrong!!!). We traveled a bit before going to Hefei.
