Dress Designs and Art work
Well, this is all I have for my design pictures so far. There are definitely more pictures to come with updates, and some of these will be cleaned up. Many were drawn on notebook paper...thus the ever present lines. Most of them were done in pencil, although a couple were colored with crayons. ^^ Gotta love crayola. Modern Designs
Blouse
This is a design currently in the process of being built. The dark brown is a soft, textured material with the light, floral tan print. ^^ I'm having fun making it ...basically re-inventing a simple shirt pattern.
Shirt
This is an oscar inspired design. ^^ It will eventually be built out of teal satin. There is a black satin skirt I had planned on altering slightly to match.
Dress 1
Rhinestone studded in a flame pattern on a soft crepe-like material with satin accent around the slit. ^^ Very pretty, and fun with boots.
Dancers, male and female respectively
These were created for a friends dance piece. Simple, but fun. The men were to be wearing black dance pants with the accent near the ankle and the women, black skirts with colorful tops.
Wedding dress
It's an interesting piece for me. The dress is trimmed on the corseted top and around the bottom edge with red piping. Daring, and fairly contemporary. I have yet to decide on the back detail.
Dress 2
Yet another "hot off the runway" hopeful. Crepe body with satin accent and possibly chiffon sleeve drapery.
Costume 1
A design straight from the imagination. I think by now you'd realize, I'm terrible at faces, and thus, rarely, if ever draw them on. The bottom and bustle are a combination of trimmed fabric and feathers. The wrists are bound with feathers and the outfit is sleeveless. The oriental hairstyle works wonderfully, though has little to do with the piece itself. I still think the staff is one of the most striking features. I'm trying to convince a friend to help me create it. ^^ Cross your fingers!
Rennaisance, Medieval, Greco-Roman, Druidic Designs
My favorite! ^^
A Rennaisance inspired dress with hand embroidered detailing, metalwork, and swarovski crystals. The details below go more in depth as to exactly what I would like to do with the piece. A friend had requested that I make this out of white satin for her wedding dress, with navy blue lining and detail.. Dawn, if you are reading this, CALL ME! ^^
Renn dress 1
Lace inserts and sleeves with a tailored rennaisance style... cute and sassy. Inspired by a friends suggestion.
Renn dress 2
Another simple garment. A cross between a serving wench and rennaisance styling. A hint of the Elizabethan era in the tied sleeves. Lace up corsets give anyone an hour glass figure!
Cloaked Renn dress
Just a sketch for an online RP character I had created.
Antique
I played with some different styling ideas... not one of my favorite designs, sort of a mishmash of different ideas. Very feminine.
Wench
Everybody's favorite Renn Faire costume, the busty barmaid wench! Just a quick design I threw out and colored with crayons. Who doesn't look good in  this? ^^
Dress
A possibly idea for a slightly Elisabethan dress. The blank space in the center could be used for embroidered decoration or a family crest. One of my few attempts at drawing a face... I'm not happy with positioning or proportionality.
Roman
Of course, being interested in ancient things, I had to try my hand at a grecian/roman toga like dress. Drapy, flowing, with a simple rope belt, one can imagine even Helen of Troy wearing such a dress! ^^
Artwork and other stuff^^
A good friend had asked for a symbol similar to this. I gave it a shot^^ and rather like it.
Yet another RP character drawing. Yet again, no face... I cannot claim sole responsibility for this, it was a drawing of a model and a bomber jacket from a clothing magazine. I could draw everything else, but I just can't do a face! Any suggestions? ^^
A good friend of mine had decided to create her own RP game, she heard I did costuming, and asked if I could come up with any ideas for a main character. This is what my imagination fed me. ^^ Faceless again, but the costume was to be converted in to a much smaller simpler design in pixels anyway. ^^ Still happy with it.
