Ranma 1/2 is personaly My favorite Manga Series. It fetures a boy named Ranma Soatome. Due to a tragic insident at the cursed springs of Jusenkyo. Now whenever Ranma gets splashed with cold water "he" changes to a "she". Then to add to poor Ranma's problems his father, Genma Soatome, engages him to one of Soun Tendo three daugters. His oldest daughter is Kasumi Tendo. She is the nicest of the three girls and is the only of the three that can cook. The middle of the three girls is Nabiki Tendo. She cons people just to get some money. Then there's Akane Tendo the youngest of the three. She claims to hate boys. Unfrotunetly, the parents pick Ranma to be engaged to Akane, but to hear the detalied story rent the first tape in the series from a tape store near you.
