Most festival in Laos and other parts of the world are still celebrated
on dates determined by the lunar calendar, so it is often not possible
to give a fixed date in our Western calendar. However, the WatLao Buddhovat
and the Laotians Community here in RI celebrated the Buddhist Festivals
on the following calendar due to the weather condition here in RI.
