Happy Memorial Day!!! It's the unofficial start of summer! Now, we're 32 days away and here is a list of things we're currently working on:
- Programs
- "Day of" duties
- Finding a place to live
We met with the Surf Club to finalize menus and we'll be tackling seating charts and place cards soon. I can't believe we're in the home stretch. I must get back to making the programs. Have scissors - will cut! Don't mind me!

Thank you to the ladies who hibachi! My SURPRISE bridal shower was this past Saturday and it was fantabulous! It was great to see you all there and I really appreciate you all for coming out to Gasho in Hawthorne. I know it was a trek for many of you, but it was so good to see your smiling faces. I had a lot of fun :) Special thanks to my sister Dolly, Alexa, Kaitlin, Al, Daddy, Kim, Shazy, Gina, Shelly, Cristina, Maritza, Jenny, Andie, and Shamika for the games, the fun, and the coordination! You surely can keep a secret! Thank you to Mrs. Gina, Zia Maria, Aunt Sang, Jenny, Tina, Brenda, Mariella, Rosalba, and Eleni for sharing the special day with me. To Sy, Kelly, Patty, Robin, Sarah, Josephine, Danielle, Maria, Carmela, and Jane - thank you. I am lucky to have had such a strong contingent of women I can call family and friends.

Hee, hee! Responses are coming in! It's soooo exciting =) We're both looking forward to seeing everyone there! If we haven't already thanked those who helped us so far...THANK YOU! I personally don't think I've been much of a bridezilla thus far, but ask Al...I've had my moments of impatience and stress, but it's all good. Everything is under way - just gotta breathe and enjoy the planning and not forget to enjoy the day =)

Went to Macy's today...noticed that the in-store prices are LOWER (much LOWER) than the prices listed on the registry - buyer beware!
Dress fittings at the end of the month!

Okay, just a VERY QUICK update! Al and I saw the samples of our centerpieces a few weeks ago!!! Our favors are in, being stored, and eventually wrapped!!! I tried on my DRESS and set up my first fitting for the end of this month!!! What else? Bridesmaid dresses are supposed to come in this week!!! Ordered other bridal accessories! Need to read up on Greece and figure out the programs. Working on invitations!!! Got the stamps! Postage goes up in May! Still need hair and makeup. Al and the boys are heading to Vegas, but what am I going to do?

9:00 pm: I feel like one of those little kids who gets so excited when she gets a toy/doll/game that she has been wanting for so long. And once she gets it, she wants to show it to her family and friends, but at the same time, she wants to play with it by herself - savoring the moment - because only she knows she has it!!! Hee, hee! I'm so giddy!!! I have to go check out it out again. =)

After all those years as an IT consultant, I've finally put a website together! Hee, hee! It was fun designing the look and completing the content of the site...I must have enjoyed it too much which is why I've decided to include a little blog of sorts here for the repeat visitors to the site (you know who you are). So, just a couple of quick items: thank you for visiting the website. Stay tuned for any changes to guest information. Beware of future postings :) Many people have asked me if I'm feeling stressed and I'm not...until someone asks me that then I start to stress, thinking I've forgotten something!
