Just fill out all that information and you are ready to apply. Some other important information is you must apply from you're email address so get a pen and paper to write this down. You must also NOT write in "Up and Down" such as this --> GeT iT? That is too confusing to read when adding you to the krew. Also make sure you label each thing such as (*Name: ----) etc. Without it you may not join. We are tired of having to fill out the information left out by members. Another thing is make sure you include all information you are sending in ONE email. Having many emails with different information in each is a hassle for us. Besides all that you are ready to join.
