Welcome to Anne's Homepage for J-pop and others. This is a
page mainly devoted to V6, but especially to Coming Century, a young popular
idol group in Japan. V6 is made up of Sakamoto Masayuki (the leader for
the older group, Twentieth Century abbreviated Tonisen), Nagano Hiroshi, Inohara
Yoshihiko, Go Morita (the leader for the younger group, Kamisen short for
Kamisen), Ken Miyake, and Junichi Okada.

Announcement (3/3/1999): I just learned this
really nice proverb in my Japanese class today:

This means, "In the journey of life, the most important thing is
to have a companion, and in one's life, the best is to have
compassion."
Announcement (2/20/1999): I just learned a phrase
today. FUBAR. This word was used in "Saving Private Ryan", and I was
wondering what it meant. It's an acronym for "Fucked Up Beyond All
Recognition."
Annoucement(2/3/1999): One of my favorite anime,
"Doraemon" is out in Japan, movie version titled "Nobita's adventure in the
universe" on 3/6/1999!!! This is also celebrating 20 years
anniversary. The story is about Doraemon and his friends saving endagered
tigers. The money made will go to World Wildlife Federation (WWF).
Also, SPEED will be singing the movie song called "kisetsu ga ikutoki."~taken from Nikkansports.
