Here's MY banner that you can use to link to my page. One rule: that is you download this picture and then uploaded on your page. Let me stress this: NO DIRECT LINKING PLEASE. It'll just slow down my server which isn't good to me or you because it won't be fast when you visit this page, so... Or if you think that's a hassle, you can always use text links, which will be just fine.
