Mousse came from China to Japan to defeat Ranma and try to win Shampoo, but failed.
Angered, he went to Jusenkyo to train and become better, but ended up falling into the "Yaazunichian" (That's my spelling...) or, "The Spring of the Drowned Duck". Now, whenever he is splashed with cold water he becomes a duck.He came back to challange Ranma again, but, same as before, he lost. He did, however, get a job at Shampoo's Great Grandmother's Resteraunt, The "Nekohaten". Colonge and Mousse hate each other with a passion, but Mousse continues to work for her, just so he can be close to Shampoo.
This is also his most obvious weakness. Without his Glasses on, Mousse can't see all that much. He often mistake people/objects for Shampoo or someone else...
Actually...I dunno. That scene in "Nihao my Concubine!" where you see things as he does without his glasses on didn't seem that blurry...I could ATLEAST make out shapes...
Mousse is also known as "The Master of Hidden Weapons". Basically, he hids random weapons (usually knives or things on chains) all over his body and the on-lookers never know what or WHERE anything is hidden. All though he usually keeps his up his LARGE sleeves, at any given moment he could produce something from his hair. Sometimes he also uses weird objects for weapons, like training potties. In my opinion, if you took away all of Mousse's stockpile of weapons, he'd have a fair chance of survial. He can do hand to hand combat, but he isn't nearly as skilled as most of the other characters in that area.
