My sister, Evelyn See Yih Yeun aged 27 a graduate from University of Auckland, New Zealand went jungle trekking with 3 other female and 2 male friends to the waterfall at Lentang Forest Reserve, Bentong, Pahang, Malaysia on 8th Febuary 2004.

She was reported to have been carried away by rapid current and gone under a big rock with two big trees among other rocks. Divers with oxy-gadgets and "underwater video cameras" were engaged to search around the area where she was seen last. Down stream along the river from that area were searched by government agencies, voluntary helpers and man-hunt but nothing was found to date.

My sister could still be surviving, trapped below the big rock with a concave base slightly above the water level where she could easily rest and get the air as well as water to help keep her "alive" (because there is still no news of her so far). There might be other possibility since there is still no sign or clue of her being alive or dead.

My family appeals to anyone who could help or assist us or even recommend ways and means to rescue my sister who could have undergone countless days  helpless and miserable days and nights under such mysterious situation.

For the past 30 days and still counting, our family members and voluntary helpers have been trying in vain to locate and bring her home to the family, but are unable to find any clues or leads as yet. We kindly thank those that is willing to lend a helping hand to us when we are in need of it. If you are unable to help but you knew someone who are able to help, please help by forwarding this site to him/her.
