Meet Hino Rei, or Rei-chan. When she first arrives,
she is 14 years old and attends First school for girls.
She first appears in the story line when children riding a mysterious bus
start to disappear near the temple that she and her grandfather live in.
Besides being a sailor senshi, she is also a Shinto priestess with psychic powers.

Sailor Mars is the most blunt of the inner senshi.
At first she let's everone know that she'd rather be doing something
besides being a senshi. I think that she and Makoto are the most level headed
inners. Usagi and Minako are both kinda ditzy, Ami studies way too much.
She and Usagi are not best friends the way that they are in the anime.
In fact, her best friend seems to be Minako.
