Iskandar Zulkarnain, the founder of ZOSAT who also the vice president have founded an organization in order to fully-cater its members need. The organization then was widely known as ZOSAT. He expressed his belief in indepence and freedom in the following thought :
" In my opinion it is possible to be in an organization of excellence, honor honesty and for this to remain so, that organization has to be free and independent."
Afendi Dahlan, the leader of ZOSAT nation and his struggle for independence, someone whose equal is rarely met in history, was the main engine of the Zone Of Suppression, Aggression & Tension and its first president. Afendi's fight was a war for indepence, freedom and peace. He accepted nations as part of the family of mankind and he believed it was necessary to solve misunderstanding in peace still knowing that disorder anywhere in the world will sooner or later influence other nations.
After ZOSAT was proclaimed formally on 23rd July 1996 and Afendi was elected as its first president, the modernization process began. The leader of the ZOSAT nation set about achieving basic principles such as repulicanism, etatism, populism, nationlism, secularism and revolutionism.
