1 x Particle Beam Cannon: The Nousjaedul-Mar's
main weapon is a large heavy particle beam cannon carried on the shoulder
similar to the one used by the old Nousjaedul-Ger. The cannon
can fire a 95 MJ beam up to 15 times/minute at ranges of up to 20 km.
Can also discharge at half-intensity but at double the normal rate of fire.
The cannon is top mounted on an armored plate and can swivel 360 degrees and
+90/-20 degrees. Drawing power from the mecha's power system, the
particle beam has effectively unlimited ammunition.
1 x 35mm Rail Cannon: As a backup to the particle beam
cannon, the Nousjaedul-Mar mounts a single rail cannon in the chest of the
power armor. The cannon fires 1 kg shells at speeds in excess 20 kps
with an effective range of 10 km. The cannon is fed via an internal belt
feed of 30 rounds.
Hand Held Weapons:
1 x Automatic Rail Cannon: This weapon mounted in the mecha right
hand usually resembles a veritech gunpod, but contains a rail canon as opposed
to normal cannon. The cannon fires 100 gram shell at approx. 37 kps to a
4 km with excellent accuracy. The weapon
can fire at a rate of up to 120 rounds per minute with a 60 round clip. Most of the time the mecha carried at least one spare clip
behind the left arm shield. The weapon can be mounted on the back when not
2 x .85 MW tachyon saber: Mounted on the forearm the beam
sabers can be drawn and activated within 0.24 seconds by an experienced
pilot. This beam saber contains enough energy and tachyons for about
90 seconds of continuous use. When not in use, the beam sabers are stored
in the forearms and legs of the mecha, where they are recharged by the
reactor. The sabers can be switched on and off while holding it, in order to
conserve power. Once totally depleted it takes 1 minute for a beam saber to
recharge to full capacity.
2 x Hades missile launcher: The shoulders of the
power armor each contain a large missile launcher holding a total of
24 MPZM-3 Hades missiles each. The launcher assembly, concealed when not in use
rises out of the shoulders when firing enabling up to 12 missiles to be
launched from each launcher at any one time. The auto reload system,
containing enough missiles to reload the entire launcher once can in under 3 seconds allowing for quick volleys of large
numbers of missiles.
The armor of the Nousjaedul-Mar is composed of an advanced alloy composed
of unknown metals. Whatever the metal, it stops all small arms and heavy
infantry weapons fire, as well as provided good resistance to light
mecha-mounted weaponry, such as the Zentraedi 22.3mm HE autocannon round, and
fair resistance to medium mecha-mounted weaponry, such as the Valkyrie's 55mm
The Nousjaedul-Mar provided full protection from nuclear, biological, and
chemical hazards, using a sealed cockpit environment. The internal consumables
supplies could provide breathable atmosphere for four days maximum.
