Mina Aino has been fighting evil as the popular Sailor V for a long time on her own. With Artemis as her cat guardian, she joins the other Sailor Scouts only just before the final battle with Queen Beryl. Her attacks are made up of powerful beams or chains of hearts. Mina looks a lot like Usagi, and is also a little clumsy, but that's where the resemblance ends. She tends to take over the role of leader when Sailor Moon is absent and is always cheerful and positive. At school, her favorite sports are volleyball and gymnastics.
