Well I´ve been wondering what could be cool to place here for Saint Seiya´s fans around the world. I think stuff like more pics, and music, and summaries are OK!, in fact I expect them when I find a new page in the Web. But I´ve realized that the coolest thing about this is talking with a friend about the series, the manga, discussing on which is the best saint and so on. So I´ve decided to include for now on some parts of the mail I´ve received, for this first time anonymously (´cause I´ve not asked the authors to do this). In the future, you may mail me, and simply tell me if you want (BY DEFAULT) o not your name to appear as the sender. OK?

This is one of the first I received from a mexican fan:

"… Well, i think that´s all. Oh, i almost forgot! If u got Mirc, join us at

A new mail says the channel is moving to ranma.necro.com, were you can find him and other seiya fans. He´s Antonio Fco. Magaña Gómez, TuxMex in Anime.Terratron.Com (mIrc), Tuxedomex@hotmail.com

Another friend wrote from Portugal (Porto) wondering if there were more fans in that side of the world. Don´t let him wait!!!

SAINT SEIYA WORLD TOUR '97

I want to gather here information from all around the world where the series were or are broadcasted. I think it would be cool to know the different names the series take in different languages.

I will begin with a brief description of how it goes in Peru, my country.

PERU presented as Los Caballeros del Zodiaco

Here it was first broadcasted during the second quarter of 1995 in América Televisión in the following schedule: Mon - Fri 5:00 pm an episode a day. For the first time it was transmitted until episode 38 (rats!!) form there n they start repeating. This time the story goes 'til episode 53 (Seiya vs Aioria in Leo) (rats!!!!!). After this teh story was transmitted in two sequences: one runs Mon - Fri 5:30, and another Sat 11:30 am but it ran smoothly ´til the very end (Poseidon), while the weekday sequence restarted at episode 53 I think twice or more :-(

Saint Seiya was (and is) really a hit in Peru there were published two albums about the series. Saint Seiya: The Movie was also a hit. It was presented here as "Los Caballeros del Zodiaco Contraatacan (something like: "The Saints Strike Back"), and is currently sold in many video shops here in Peru (including Blockbuster Video) for about $20 (spanish version, no subtitles I wonder).

COLOMBIA presented as Los Caballeros del Zodiaco

So, this was the peruvian version of this excellent series.

Now, come on! Take a while to let the world know how it was known in your contry.
