First Appearance: Ukyou first appears in episode 23 of the anime, and in volume 9.5 of the manga Voice Actress: Tsuru Hiromi Who Is Uuchan? 10 years before Ranma's prediciament, he, on a training expidition with his father stole okonomiyaki from Ukyou's fathers' yatai everyday managing to defeat Ukyou's friendly attempts to prevent it. Ukyou was quite taken with Ran-Chan and drew kawaii pictures on the okonomiyaki for him. She told her father that she would like to have Ranma for a husband, and her father spoke to Genma about it. Genma at frist refused, but soon was won over when Ukyou's father offered his yatai as a dowry. Genma asked Ranma which he liked better, okonomiyaki or Ukyou, and Ranma, having no idea of the secret bet between the fathers, or even that Ukyou was a girl, chose the okonomiyaki. Poor Ukyou, shamed and teased by her friends, decided that she would hate boys forever, and emmersed herself in rigorus training in okonomiyaki style martial arts. Years later, when Ukyou, who had been dressing and living as a boy, finds that Ranma is having troubles with his other fiancee, falls for him again. Kool Fact: Ukyou and Ryouga-kun would make the absolute perfect couple, ne? Ok, so thats not a fact, but they would make a really kawaii couple... ^_^
