Son Gohan is the first son of Son Gokuo and Chi-Chi, like his father he
was born with a tail and exhibited super human abilities at an early age.
He was kidnapped by Piccolo after the battle with Raditz and trained by
him for a year. Piccolo became fond of the boy acting as his Gaurdian angel throughout the series.
Son Gohan quickly learns how to fight under Piccolo's guidence but that
is still not enough for him to defeat Vejita. As the series progresses he
follows in his fathers footseteps. Already at an early age we can see that
he will surpass his father even though he is only half Saiyan.

Son Gohan is always held back by his mother who wants him to become a scholar.
This is the main reason why he never really surpasses the other DBZ characters
except for the Cell Game. everytime he wants to go out and train his mother
holds him back. He travels with his father to the planet Namek and there
confronts Freezer. His father turns Super Saiyan and destroys the villain.
Son Gohan is then sent to earth and lives with his mother.

When the Cyborgs arrive Son Gohan trains with his father in the room of
Space and Time and attains the first level of Super Saiyan. During the
Cell Game his true power is revealed as he becomes the first character to
turn Super Saiyan 2 and defeats Cell. Unfortunately his father dies during
the game and refuses to be resurrected. When we next see Son Gohan he is
already grown up and goes to high school at Satan City. He battles crime
as the super hero The Great Saiyaman. His secret identity is later on discovered by Satan's daughter Videl who forces him to train her and later on in the series becomes
his girlfriend.

The Majin Buu saga begins and we find out that Son Gohan hasn't trained
a bit and is now weaker then Son Gokuo and Vejita. He is ridiculed by Vejita
and his father is very dissapointed. He fails to defeat Darbura and this
results in Vejita turning Super Saiyan 2 and battling Gokuo while Gohan
and Kaio-shin attempt to destroy Majun Buu before he wakes up. The attempt
fails and Majin Buu awakens. As the Saga continues Son Gohan recieves a
major power up but that is still not enough to defeat Majin Buu. Son Gohan
dies but is resurrected at the end of the series. We finally see him in
Dragonball GT. He is now a nerd much to the happiness of his mother and
is married to Videl, they also have a daughter by the name of Pan. While
Son Gohan seemed to have the greatest potential he was held back by his
mother and really never enjoyed fighting.

History:

When Nameksei was expiriencing drastic weather changes and was thought to
explode. To save its people, many Namekseijins began searching for suitable
planets to inhabit. A young genius Namekseijin was sent to earth and his
parental unit was to follow him there shortly. Sometime during the his trip
there and when the ship landed, the young Namekseijin lost his memory. Because
there was a letter telling him that his someone was going to be there for
him shortly, he waited at his ship for about 30 years. After these 30 lonesome
years, he decided not to wait any more, and ventured out into the world.

As a genius Namekseijin he easily became very good at martial arts, and
in the ventures on earth, he eventually found out about "Kami-sama". This
changed his goal fromjust wandering to seeking out Kami-sama. After he had
fulfilled this task, he found out that the position of Kami-sama was soon
going to be available, so he petitioned to be the next in line for the job.
Even though the old Kami-sama knew that there was no better candidate for
the new Kami-sama than proto-Piccolo, he knew that proto-Piccolo had a small
amount of evilness inside of him. In order for proto-Piccolo to qualify
as the successor to Kami-sama, he needed to drive out his evilness. In doing
so, the evilness became a separate entity--Piccolo Daimaoh (Picclo is Namekgo
for "separate world," and Daimaoh roughly translates to "great demon king").
From this point on, there is Piccolo, and not before.

Piccolo joined the 23rd Tenkaichi Budoukai to kill Gokuu. They were placed
in different branches by Chauzu so that they didn't have to fight him right
away. In the semi-finals Kamisama tried to imprison Ma junior with the demon
incarcerator technique, but was thwarted by Piccolo when he did the Demon
incarcerator counterattack and Kamisama was trapped instead. He swallowed
the bottle that held Kamisama and waited to challenge Gokuu. The final battle
was intense, they were evenly matched all the way to the end. Gokuu barely
defeated Piccolo with a flying head butt that knocked him out of the platform,
leaving Gokuu the winner. Kamisama tried to kill Piccolo, but Gokuu stopped
him because Gokuu just wanted a challenge so that he could fight him again.
Gokuu gave Piccolo a senzu and Piccolo threatened to kill them all and Gokuu
merely stated that he would just have to defeat him again.

A few years later, a Saiyajin landed named Raditz, who was Gokuu's brother.
Piccolo realized that this Saiyajin was far too powerful for him to defeat
alone, and posed a threat to his world conquest, so he helped Gokuu fight
Raditz. In the end of that fight it was Piccolo's Makanko Sapo attack, a
powerful corkscrew attack that accumulated power over the time he spent
to charge up, that killed both Raditz and Gokuu. During the fight, they
realized the potential power that Gokuu's son, Gohan had. Piccolo took the
young child and left to train him in solitude. At first, Piccolo left Gohan
on his own for 6 months, if he did not survive, Piccolo simply wouldn't
train him. Gohan did survive and Piccolo took to training him with intense
sparring. A year later the Vejita and Nappa landed, Piccolo brought Gohan
to face them, and they were met first by Kuririn and later by Tenshin Han,
Chauzu, and Yamcha. Saiyajin knew that Piccolo was Namec-seijin, and found
out that the Dragonballs were created by Namec-seijin. They attempted to
spare Piccolo so that they could get all of the info on Dragonballs that
they could, but when they (Nappa) tried to kill Gohan, Piccolo (who had
grown somewhat attached to him) protected him at the expense of his own
life. The Dragonballs gone (Since when Kamisama dies then Piccolo dies and
vice versa and the Dragonballs are apart of Kamisama) they leave to Namec-sei
to wish Yamcha, Tenshin Han, Chauzu, and Piccolo back to life. During the
time that he was dead, Piccolo trained with Kaioh sama, the god of one of
the four galaxies. A powerful figure that Gokuu had trained with before.

History:

On a lone planet lived the Saiyan, ruled by the tyrranical king Vejita
Ou they conquered all they saw. The king had a lone son named Vejita. Vejita
was the perfect example of the Saiyan, arrogant and proud beyond belief,
he spent most of his time training with his caretaker Nappa or destroying
worlds with his father. As he grew up he gained more and more power. He
was sent to work for Freezer but despised the alien. Already more powerful
then all the kids of his generation he was speculated to be the Densetsu Super Saiyan. While
away on a mission he recieved the news that Vejitasei was destroyed. Mildly
angered at the news the Saiyan decided to make a new planet, unfortunately
three Saiyan were not enoiugh. At first he thought that he, Nappa and
Raditz were the only Saiyan alive, but then he remembered about Kakaroto
so he sent Raditz to earth to find him.

After arriving on earth he discovered the dragonballs and their secret power
to grant a wish he also found Son Gokuu who had renounced his Saiyan
roots, helped kill Raditz and was about to defend the planet from his rightfull
Prince. Barely defeated by the combined efforts of the Z warriors he fled
to hisd base of operations where he healed and grew in power. When he found
out that Freezer had left for Namek to find its Dragonballs Vejita quickly
followed the alien. On Namek he battled and defeated Freezer's best henchmen
and then reluctantly joined the Z warriors in a battle agaist Freezer. After
the defeat of Freezer the prince decided to stay on earth since there weren't
any good spaceships left on the planet, also a new challenge had been handed
to him. The young fool Kakaroto was apparently the Legendary Super Saiyan
and not he! Knowing that Gokuu will soon return to Earth he had a gravity
chamber built for him and vowed to become stronger then the low class warrior
and kill him.

As the story progressed a new warrior from the future arrived by the name
of Trunks. Trunks is revealed as Vejita's and Bulma's son! Bulma a year
later announces that she's pregnant. The Cyborgs arrive and begin to lay
waste to the planet, Son Gokuu is defeated in battle and is about to be
killed when Vejita appears out of nowhere and becomes Super Saiyan to
everyones amazement. He proclaims himself to be stronger then even Son Gokuu
and with ease defeats one of the cyborgs causing the other one to flee.
At the arrival of Cell Vejita trains at the room of Space and Time and attains
Ultra Saiya-Jin level for the upcoming battle with Cell. Once again he demonstrates awesome power as he toys with Cell during their
battle, his arrogant behavior and lust for combat clouds his judgement and
he lets Cell absorb the last two cyborgs and become perfect, this leads
up to the Cell Game.

Angered by Son Gokuus refusal to be revived Vejita decides not to fight
any more for he has been robbed of his quest to kill Kakaroto. Later on
he does change his mind, shacks himself up and trains like a madman to the
dismay of his wife who wants him to spend time with Trunks his son. When
the Majin Buu saga begins and he learns that Gokuu has a day on earth he
practicly chokes with glee. At the Tenkaitchi- Boudokai he forms a plan
to finally defeat Son Gokuu. When they are in Babi Dees spaceship he tricks
Babi Dee into giving him a powerup. Babi Dee jumps at the chance to control
Vejita but when he tries to take control of him the Saiya prince laughs
at him and shrugs off the control. Vejita turns Super Saiyan 2 and begins
the now legendary fight with Son Gokuu. The tremendous battle damage releases
Majin Buu. Vejita finally defeats Son Gokuu by tricking him as the battle
rages on but does not kill him. Instead he speeds off to destroy Majin Buu
and prove that he is the greatest warrior ever to live.

Babi Dee is laughing about how he will now take over the world and more
with Majin Buu when his spaceship explodes and Vejita walks out of the smoke
with an evil grin in his face. The battle with Majin Buu ensues, Vejita
is powerful beyond belief but unlike Buu he can't regenerate. As Vejita
is about to die at the hands of Majin BuuVejita is rescued by his son. Finally
seeing that he has been selfish and ignored all that was around him he realizes
that Majin Buu will destroy all if he is not stopped, including his wife
and son. He knocks out his son and Goten and instructs Piccollo to take
them to safety, the demon understands what Vejita is about to do and comments
that since his heart is evil he will not be resurrected by the dragonballs
and then speeds off with the boys. Majin Buu returns to finish Vejita and
his brat off when Vejita unleashes a suicide strike. He dies but Majin Buu
barely survives.

Later on Vejita is granted his day on earth and returns in anger to finish
what he had started, erradicate Majin Buu. Already more powerful the Son
Gokuu is SSJ2 he and Son Gokuu plot on what to do, after arguing with Gokuu
he pushes his ego aside and preforms fusion with him turning into Vejit
the most powerful character in the DBZ universe. After the series is over
we see Vejita finally settle down and live a peaceful life with his son
Trunks and wife Bulma. They also have a daughter by the name of Bra.
