Sword Welcome to VOLTRON's Haven Sword

When I was a kid, Voltron, was one of my favorite cartoon shows. Today, cartoons just don't compete with stuff like Voltron. MMPR (Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers), doesn't even come close to the awesome animation and storyline of Voltron. Those were the 80's, Transformers, Gummi Bears and all those other great cartoons. Not to put down all of today's cartoons, but most of them do stink.

Oh by the way, if you haven't figured it out by my name is Josh! Hello whoever you are. If you have a good internet connection, you're probably hearing the best part of the show Voltron, Defender of the Universe. For all you people who don't know what I'm talking about, continue reading.

5 Lions

Voltron is animation that was dubbed in English and aired in the U.S. in 1984. The first Voltron I ever saw was the Lion Force Voltron Team (Voltron 3 a.k.a. Go Lion). They consisted of 5 Lions each with its own color: Black, Red, Green, Blue, and Yellow. Each lion had its own pilot and when needed, the five lions could combine to form Voltron!

After I saw this Voltron, I got to see the Vehicle Team (Voltron 1 a.k.a. Dairugger XV ). This Voltron had 15 pieces to it, and also had 3 sub-units, each with 5 pieces: The Air Team, Land Team and Sea Team. This Voltron isn't as popular as the the Lion Team, but many Voltron fans do know about this Voltron as well as the third Voltron. I don't know much about the 3rd Voltron, because it never aired in the United States. However, Matchbox did advertise all 3 Voltrons. When the company, World Events Productions, bought Voltron from the original Japanese Animators, they manipulated the storyline so that the two series of the Lion Force and Vehicle Force could meet in one special episode called "Fleet of Doom."

Anyway, The point of this site was because I love Voltron, obviously, and when I went out to find sites, It was hard for me to actually find a lot of stuff, so what I am doing is taking most of what I got and putting it all in one, so that you don't have to go everywhere to find everything. If I didn't get something then, its because I decided not to, or I've just never been there before. The images, sound files, and other Voltron Stuff, are from many different sites, and I don't know what came from where, but I do give credit to all of them, and I have them as links. To make it easier for you, I have linked right into the pages of certain sites, that have info on something interesting I don't have. I hope you like what you find.
