GLAY

GLAY is one of my favourite bands in the JPOP/J-Rock. They formed in 1988. They know each other since High School years! The whole group went from their hometown, Hokkaido to Tokyo and started their career. It was until 1994 that they debuted their first single "Rain". Their music is upbeat, fun and pop (of course). Songs are rarely gloomy or dark. The leader - Takuro composed most of the songs and he also write the lyrics. GLAY is becoming very popular now, because of the amount of appearances on TV and magazines. Lots of people who don't know Visual Bands (yes - GLAY belong to that category) come to the like of GLAY because of their more "public" image.

My favourite song of GLAY is a Boy ~ zutto wasurenai ~. I like Hisashi's acoustic guitar solo! My first song of GLAY is Beloved. It has a similar style to a Boy ~ zutto wasurenai ~. I also like Shutter Speeds no teema and More than Love. There are many other songs that I like too, mostly catchy and fun to sing.

Lourdes was watching Satelite TV News (TVB) from Hong Kong at home here in Canada after she just finished her
dinner. A news about HK's population/economy..blah blah.. was on..and it had a several street scenes of Wanchai, Hong Kong.
In one particular scene, I saw a red hair guy with glasses walking a just casually on the street...the camera filmed this for a long
period of time that I finally realized it was Takuro!!!!! He was wearing a red t-shirt and a pair of black pants looking as if he's lost or something!!
Wahahaha!!!! Maybe Jiro is somewhere behind too!!! I GOTTA record a replay of this news tonight!! ^o^

Addtion:
L finally dubbed the re-run of the news and guess what??? Jiro was actually tagging along right behind Takuro!!!! Wahahaha~~~~~!!!!
I didn't realize at first because Jiro was wearing sunglasses and Takuro blocked his view at the beginning....Takuro didn't wear any sunglasses
at all!! Just plain glasses...but with that red hair...so eye catching!!! No wonder I noticed him first! The most funniest thing was that the news was
about some solemn topic and suddenly I saw Takuro & Jiro!!!!! ^__^/ What a refreshing scene from a boring news!! haha!
