Roy Thomas (TOM)-(Minh TÔM) Premo, Jr. grew up in Klamath Falls Oregon, attended Mills Elementary and graduated from Klamath Union High School (KUHS-Memorial) in 1954 and Oregon Institute of Technology (OTI) in 1956. Tom earned a BS in Accounting from Calif. State Univ. at Chico (CSUC), was a California CPA living near Lake Merritt in Oakland/ Photos. Tom worked overseas with Bechtel and MK for 20 years (1966-85).
