1978 Lada Niva Restoration

How it all started...

This is how my car looked like when I first bought it, as you can see ,I did strip some of it's parts already, and I had put some zink paint on rust spots.

Since the bottom of the car was still rustfree, and most of the rust spots seemed to be on body panels, I thought it would be fixable.

Mechanically the car only had about 54.000 km on it, what very low is for a 1978 vehicle bought in 1999. I found out it was used by a farmer that only drove it on his field. It only had 1 owner.
