I based part of this from my "Gifts", which I may write a in-depth epilogue later on. This story explains a little of
each of the OAVs, but I tried to make it from Touma's point of view. The Diet Building is in Tokyo, and is the home
of the Japanese form of Congress. I hope I haven't copied anyone else's ideas. If I have, Gomennasai, for it was
unintentional... Thanks go to the usual people, plus among others, Saendie for helping me, and Rowan(Paul) for
posting these... Arigato!!

Chapter Three - Dreams
The anguish echoed in their heads, as the scream did through the house. "NO I'M BLIND!!"
"No-" Seiji ran upstairs, followed by Shin and Shu, from where they had been watching T.V. They found Ryo
hugging Touma, who had his hands to his face and crying. They went to Touma's side as well.
"What happened?" Nasti rushed into the room. "I heard shouting." Touma looked up, stormy-blue eyes focusing on
nothing and his blue hair tousled. "Nasti? Where are you?" She saw the situation immediately and took his out-stretched hand. "I'm
here-don't worry about anything. I arranged a leave of absence for you and Seiji."
Seiji came forward. “I have to try something." Nasti nodded and stepped away, as Seiji touched his hands to Touma's
face and looked into his eyes. A green glow surrounded them, and everyone inside the room felt refreshed after the
long night waiting to see if Touma was all right. "I fixed what I could, but you won't get your eyesight back for at least
a day or so. All you need is rest." He had a strange look on his face, but before Ryo could ask, he motioned for them
to go downstairs. "Try not to worry about anything, Touma. We'll be here."
The others left the room, leaving Nasti behind. Touma calmed himself down. "Have you found any more about the
armors?" he asked, trying to take his mind off of what had happened to him.
"Well, I've translated as much as I could. I'll work on it today- I took a leave as well. I figured you guys might need
me to stay. I'll just be in my study in the next room, so please call me if you need me." She squeezed his hand, and left the room. Touma rolled over onto his side, and clutched the pillow as Seiji's power took effect.
Meanwhile, the other Troopers were sitting at the table in the dining room. "What is it?" Ryo asked.
"Well, I've put him in a healing sleep that should last all day, while his sight returns. But when I was examining him,
I caught some kind of presence in his mind. All I could sense before it shut me out was 'keep away, he's mine'.
Judging by the way Touma acted in the battle last night, I don't think this presence is good." Seiji told them, his violet
eyes intense.
"How do you mean?" Shu asked, confused.
"Well, you saw he was acting weird when you were telling us what had happened. Then he wasn't fighting those
things, and when I glanced at him, he was--different. Like he had become something else. I don't quite know how to
explain it, though."
"Well, he's sleeping now." Nasti came down the stairs, but stopped when she saw them at the table. "What's wrong
with him?"
Seiji told her what he'd just told the others. "We'll take turns watching him. I don't know if this spirit could subvert
Touma or not, but we can't take the chance of losing him."

As he slept, Touma drifted here and there in his dreams. He saw the night Kaosu had appeared to him, which then
changed to growing up with Ryo til he moved to an aunt's house. They had discovered one weekend together after
Ryo came back to visit that they had the same kind of crystal ball, only in different colors. A month later, they had
bumped into Shin and Shu while visiting Ryo's aunt in Yokahama. Then the week before Arago had invaded, the
four had also met Seiji in Tokyo at a Martial Arts Tournament that Ryo had been invited to participate in.
Suddenly, the invasion had began, and the information inside their minds opened. So when Touma had found Ryo
was one of the other four, he jumped into the battle, as had the others. He flashed through the battles with the MaSho
and Arago, and saw himself explaining to his mother that he'd been in Kobe and nowhere near the 'Cursed City' and
Ryo was helping him correlate it.
Then Seiji had disappeared, and no one missed him til Ryo's birthday, when Ryo
had seen the pictures broadcasted of the Korin yoroi killing people in America. He replayed the horrible trip, of the
girl trying to kill him because she had believed Touma had killed her brother, of the same girl getting killed before their
eyes as they had been captured into the Stars, of Ryo holding her as she died, his eyes tearing as she whispered with her last breath that she loved him. They
formed Kikoutei and wiped out the evil demon that was about to bring back Arago. Then Touma woke up, and
immediately put his hand over his eyes.
"What-are you awake?" Shin, who had been dozing in a chair nearby, came to his side.
"Yes, I'm fine," Touma replied. He couldn't help grinning. "I can see light and some shapes."
"Oh that's great!" Shin said. "Wait til I tell the others!"
'You don't have to' Ryo's voice said in both their heads, and they could tell he was happy as well. 'I can hardly wait
til you're better, Touma, so we can finish our little discussion about my hair' Seiji's voice said sardonically, but there
was something else that Touma couldn't quite catch, however. 'Hey dude, get better for us, ok?' Shu thought
confidentially. Then it was quiet. Shin got some cloth and tied it over Touma's eyes. "That should keep the light out til
your eyes can stand the brightness again. Then maybe tonight we'll see if your sight is better."
After Touma had something to eat, he fell asleep again. This time, it was finishing high school with the other Troopers,
and separating that summer to do their own vacation ideas. Touma had been staying with Nasti and Jun, while his
mother was visiting friends in New Zealand. He was coming back after a camping trip with Jun when Nasti had told
them something weird was happening in Shinjuku. She took them to the city, and he sensed that Ryo was in trouble,
so he rushed off towards him. He was just in time to save Ryo from a mysterious figure with amazing powers like
their own. They were joined by the others, but were shocked to see that what formed on their foe was a black version
of Kikoutei?!?
Then when Ryo was pulled towards a weird black hole, they had tried to form the white armor to save him, but Shin
had held back his power. Seiji had jumped up to save him, only to be sucked in as well. He remembered the worrying
and uncertainty of not knowing where they were, and the pain and bitterness of Shin's seemingly betrayal and when
Shin had knocked him to the floor in a rare burst of anger. Then Ryo and Seiji had been discovered in Africa, and
Shu, Nasti, Jun, and himself had rushed there. They had been separated when the natives from the secret city attacked, and he had saved
Nasti from drowning. They had found the cave with the paintings, but what had shocked them was that it was about
the yoroi that they wore would tear apart the mortal world. The abandoning of the yoroi they had worn for so long had torn them apart and they
were about to slip away, when Shin had learned how to teleport and had come to save them by repairing their minds
from the break with his new found mental-healing powers. They had managed to stop and save the native who had
been taken over by Kuroi-Kikoutei, and lost their armors forever, turning them into normal teenagers.
So, when a year passed and Touma had been drawn to the Diet building, he was not expecting to be thrust back into being a Trooper and
forced into a new set of armor. There wasn't much else to remember, since he was in suspended animation, and
didn't know what was happening to the others til he had woken up and was flying over the city ---
He woke suddenly when he heard a chair knocked over. "Who's there?" he asked.
"Sorry, it was just me." Shu replied. "How are you?"
"Better...but still tired. What time is it?"
"About 9 at night", Shu said.
"Ahh.." Touma mumbled and went back to sleep.
He was watching the battle of the day before now. He saw the others fighting air and wondered why, since he could
see nothing in front of them. Then the Touma in the battle started to glow but what caught his gaze was that his eyes were glowing a
weird silver-blue? The demon appeared, its flawless features marred by hatred. The others stared as Touma released a
magic blast that vaporized the demon. Touma saw himself fall as the armor disappeared, and the other Troopers
rushing to his side. They heard people rushing up the stairs, so they picked up Touma and teleported in a multi-color
flash. Then the Tower faded away, til it was gray. He wondered what was going on, when a woman appeared. She
was blond-haired, had brown eyes, and was wearing a blue kimono with lavender flowers on it.
"I'm sorry you lost your eyesight," he started when he heard her voice, for it was the same that talked to him during
the battle. "But don't worry, like your friend said, you'll get it back. Sometimes that happens when people use their
mage abilities for the first time."
"What do you mean?" he asked. "Who are you, and did you help me?" Then he picked up on something his mind just registered. "I have magic abilities? I thought that was just the armor..." he mused.
"Well, there was a block on your abilities. I saw that when I was watching your dreams. As long as you had the
Tenku armor, it was blocked off. But when you abandoned it and then were given your new armor the block wore
off. You see, your four friends will have to use their powers too, or else it will destroy them. The new armor has
nothing to do with it- its YOU that has the power."
"Wow!" He thought, amazed. Then he remembered something. "That's why I was dreaming all that?"
"Yes, I hope you don't mind but I had to see what you five were like?" Then she started to fade away. "I have limited
power, and I have exhausted much of it. I hope you will help me in my fight..."
She disappeared and he woke up. He sensed Seiji in the room, so he said aloud, "What time is it now?"
Seiji woke up from where he was curled up in a chair. "Oh, you're awake. It's about one-thirty in the morning. Shut
your eyes; I want to see how they're healing." Touma felt the bandage being untied. "Okay, open them." Things were
fuzzy, but he could see objects barely. He told Seiji this and Seiji retied the bandage.
"Is it all right for me to move about?" Touma asked. "I want to walk around, or else I'll go stiff." Seiji took his outstretched hand,
and took him slowly down the hall to the deck. They stood at the deck for a short time.
"I had a weird dream- there was this girl and she wanted my help in defeating an evil mage. What surprised me is that
she said I've always had magic, just that my armor was blocking it. She also said it's US that have the powers, not
the new armors."
Seiji said nothing.
"What is it?" Toma asked, knowing that whenever Seiji was quiet, something was happening.
"Oh it's nothing." They heard someone approaching, forestalling any other questions.
"Hi Touma, glad to see you up," Ryo said. He stood next to Touma and squeezed his shoulder.
"I hope you weren't worrying too much." Touma said.
"No, I knew you would be all right," Ryo replied, but Touma could tell he was lying. He yawned. "Seiji, can you take me back to bed?" "Sure...".
Seiji led him back to the room, and he fell back asleep.
There was a robed figure in his dreams this time...
* * * *
Nasti knocked on Ryo's door. "I heard something downstairs, can you guys check it out?" Knowing she was not
prone to worries like this, they crept downstairs. The four Troopers didn't see anything, so after telling Nasti to keep
an eye on Touma, they went outside to check out there. All of the sudden, a bright flash lit the woods. They ran
towards it, but when they got there, nothing was disturbed. Then PAIN lashed though their heads, sending them to
their knees. It stopped after a couple of minutes. Then a blue light illuminated one of the rooms. They ran back to the
house, calling out Nasti's and Touma's names. There was no answer, so they looked through the rooms. They found
Nasti tied up, but Touma was gone.
When they untied her, she told them what had happened. "When you guys left, Touma started to moan in his sleep.
Then suddenly, he screamed. I rushed to his room, to find him standing. The bandage was still on but he was
glowing a red color. I guess he 'saw' me because he smiled in my direction and shouted some words in some weird
dialect. The ropes appeared around me, and then he disappeared."
