Matt Palmer
It is truly amazing how quickly a person can improve at paintball. During Matt's first games in June, he had no woodcraft, having spent most of his life in his basement. However two month later, upon my return from Australia, I was amazed to find that Matt had become the best Dark Forest Player. Matt has adopted the tactics of Barry quickly making a name for himself a solid player. First to be picked for teams, Matt feels that he has too much of an advantage with his natural skills and hooked up Spyder Extra. For this reason Matt has taken to using pump guns to prove that the gun does not make the player. Expect great things from this fifth generation player, perhaps one day attaining the title "Teenage Matthew Ninja Paintballer" Matt has traveled a lot with paintball, having played at an abondoned cement factory and Skirmish USA. At Skirmish, Matt was part of the "Box Squadron" and went up river with Mike, Kris and Dave. With his help they cleared the area around the stream and helped destroy and enemy smoke bomb. Matt also just got a 32 Degrees PT Extreme Pistol. As this gun holds only 10 balls and runs on 12 grams, he hopes this will prove that it is the player that counts and not the gun.
