Nelson, a first generation player first started playing paintball with Chris Rice and Justin Marques in a nearby cornfield and woods. When he and the others started playing, they used Brass Eagle Talons. Soon after, Chad and Barry began to play. At this time, Barry had the best gun, a Brass Eagle Tigershark. It would be a few months before Chris was invited by kids to play at the Dark Forest, issuing in a new age of paintball known as "The Dark Forest Years" Over the years, Nelson has often been called upon to use his technical skills to repair the guns of other players, especially Dave No's Raptor. Nelson himself once owned a raptor, but now has a PMI Pirhana EXT Pro G3. When Nelson used to play all the time he had a kill ratio of 20:1, taking out an average of 2.7 players a game.
