The Vision Statement of Fairfield Middle Schools :

"To develop a caring learning community that fosters high expectations, a love of learning, and the joy of discovery. Our vision reflects high expectations for students success balanced by recognition of individual differences, needs and potential."

We like to refer to a Fairfield Middle School program that is housed at three sites: Fairfield Woods, Roger Ludlowe, and Tomlinson. We believe we have an exemplary Fairfield Middle School program that includes support of the team concept, a comprehensive guidance program, a full exploratory program and supportive and caring teachers. We also have new curricula that are being successfully implemented. These curricula serve as our instructional agenda.
