Shania Twain, 42 years, the world diva of the music country, and her husband, Robert Lange, celebrate producing of Bryan Adams, The Corrs and AC/DC in particular, acquired this spring a property of almost 15.000 m2 with Prez-towards-Noréaz, at the bottom of the small valley of Arbogne, in the district of Sarine Fribourgeoise. The site is called Moulin-de-Prez. It includes/understands a dwelling, rural, a refreshment bar and stables.

It belonged to an old lady, Jacqueline Dafflon. She held to with it a minizoo made up of about thirty horses, dogs, cats and of four spangled, very snuffed families.
