In this unit, students will learn about the events and happenings that have shaped the American culture from prehistoric times to 1783 (the moment after the American Revolution). Focus will be placed on the Native Americans, the Europeans who colonized their land as well as life and political events before the American Revolution. There will be homework on every section and a quiz at the end of each chapter. Also included is a test at the end of the unit.
