The fair in Magnetic was filmed at Playland.
The Japanese Garden at UBC was the "Kryptonite-infused waters" in Hourglass.
Clark's Metropolis apartment in Exile was near Granville Island. You can see it as you go over the Granville bridge into downtown.
The exterior of LuthorCorp was filmed at Simon Fraser University (*this one not for sure*)
The Beanery from 1st season was a coffee place called the Whip at Main and East 6th in Vancouver.
The Vancouver Library (central branch) was used for an epi, I can't remember which one though.
Smallville is filmed in Cloverdale which is approx 25 kms east of Vancouver. 176th St. (In the pilot epi, part of Merrit (a lil town in BC) stood in for SV.)
Inside shots done at the Bridge Studios in Burnaby. "The Bridge" houses Lex's mansion insides and the inside of the Kent's farmhouse.
The external of the Kent Farm and Lana's house are filmed at a private residence in Langley.
The external of Lex's mansion is filmed at Hatley Castle in Victoria on Vancouver Island (*My home town!*) Its on Royal Roads University Grounds.
Smallville highschool is VanTech (corner of Broadway and Penticton)
Inside of Smallville high is filmed at Templeton highschool.
