| Chan Hay Born in Phnom Penh, Cambodia; Moved to France at the age of one (more like fled to France because of the civil war in Cambodia under Pol-pot); Grew up in Paris, earned an MBA (Normandy Graduate School of Business - French Grandes Ecoles) in France and a Master's degree in Science from the University of Birmingham, UK. Worked in London and Paris for some time before moving to Hong Kong and got married there. Lived in Hong Kong for over 6 years. During that time took public exams and became a US CPA and a CFA Charterholder. Moved to Tokyo and have been living here since Jan. 2002. Speaks French, Cambodian, Spanish, English, some Chinese and a little bit Japanese. |
| Amy Tong Born & raised in Hong Kong; Got a scholarship & spent a wonderful year doing a Master's degree in Birmingham, UK; Worked as a reporter at Nihon Keizai Shimbun's Hong Kong bureau before coming to Tokyo. Speaks Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin), English, and some Japanese (passed Japanese Language Proficiency Test Level I). |
