DOM DRACUL  (SWE)
Genocide in the Name of Satan

Therramon is the mastermind and sole member of Sweden's Dom Dracul.  Being a "one man project," the first thing that caught my attention was the presence of LIVE DRUMS!  Either Therramon is the type of guy that can just do it all, or he's not telling us something in the insert.
Genocide in the Name of Satan is a perfect title for this demo.  With lyrics consisting of talk of killing priests, Christians, and raping nuns, Dom Dracul take you back to that good ol' time when Satan ruled black metal.  The songs are typically mid to fast paced and always seemt to slow down, at one time or another in the song, into what I like to call "evil pace."  You know what I'm talking about.  Dissappointingly, the songs are all quite short.  It's also nice to see someone that actually seems to take time to write lyircs these days; I notice a lot of rhyming going on.
Sound wise, Dom Dracul kind of reminds me, for some reason, of a mix between "Diabolical Fullmoon Mysticism" era Immortal and fellow Swedes, Craft.  If you like your black metal, evil, Satanic, and back to the roots, then Genocide in the Name of Satan should find a nice spot in your collection.  I know it did mine.
