EMBLAZONED (USA) | ||
A Ceremony of Hellfire 2005 Funeral Verse Records By: Naberius The album cover is a tank surronded by fire. Perfect way to desribe this album. The first track, "A Ceremony of Hellfire," serves as an intro and starts out with the sound of bombs and explosions followed by some war marching drums before the guitars come in. The way they lead up, you KNOW it's about to explode. And explode it does into "Eternal Funeral Bell." Full of merciless blasting and razor wire gutars before it goes into the very thrashy "chorus." "Where Your Ashes Lay" is as equally chaotic as the previous track but this time with seemingly more death influences than thrash. "Deciever's Crown" continues in the same war blasting direction and, like them, still never lets up. It's fast and angry and done right. Fans of Marduk, Darkened Nocturn Slaughtercult, Imperial Crystalline Entombment, and the like, take note. Emblazoned have entered the battlefield. |
