The first track is their only orginal track on the demo and it is very good. The first riff of the song reminds me greatly of Dissection. The guitars are killer and are well accompanied by the vocals. This definitely has a more "classic European" sound to it. The demo itself is really short and leaves me little to work with and thus making it diffiicult for a review. Cathaoir, which handles everything but the vocals has many years under his belt in the metal scene and credit is given where credit is due. I'm not too fond of the vocals in the cover of Venom's staple, "Black Metal." It sounds like he trying way to hard to sound like Cronos, but in his own way and just doesn't quite find the right voice, if that makes any sense. Other than that, I see nothing wrong with this demo. I would recommed them to fans of Dissection and Enslaved. When the new EP, Nocturnal Frost comes out I would definitely check it out.
