The Pagan Ritual

Hard to believe this is a full length album.  Come in a rather decent looking casing, great looking choice for an image on the front, goes good with the name of the band and the name of the album.  You expect there to be some very beautiful Pagan style black metal contained inside.  So why did I first say that this is very unbelievable that this could be a full length?  The cover is misleading.  Instead of something beautiful, you get something that should have been on a demo because this stuff is just awfully constructed, not well thought over, or anything that you would do when recording a full length!  Each song is not at all special, the vocals are very laughable most of the time, and the synth used is not well placed.  You You will be listening to a repeating riff with some guy trying to sound tough and all of a sudden, synth will just come out of nowhere and ruin their attempt to send the listener into a trance (difficult to be hypnotized and go into a trance state when you are laughing because of this guy's vocals.)  The only possible way that I can see this being a full length is because of the length of the running time, that's it.  This is not well developed material, just very long with long repeating songs hastily constructed.  I hope the next so called "full length" will be done by someone who has PATIENCE!  Volkurah's "The Pagan Ritual" hasn't impressed me.  The owner of  Autistiartili was not paying attention to what they made 500 copies of.  If they had, they would have rejected the production of this slop.
