Jedi Training Center





The living force is all around us. If you wish to learn more about the force then I suggest you look over my site. I will try to teach what I have learned over the years. Have you ever dreamed of becoming a jedi knight? Well, . . . . you won't exactly be a jedi knight but, you will obtain knowledge of another level of conciousness known as "The Jedi Adept". If you wish to, I guess you could call yourself a jedi knight. And if you register in my hall of fame and you qualify then I would be happy to make you a knight. You may not be a jedi knight in the eyes of others but you will be considered one here. If you are not up to the challenge of learning to control your mind then I would turn back if I were you. If you are up to the challenge then I invite you to read on. And I don't suggest that you go around telling people you are a jedi knight until you have some means of proof. Otherwise people will only laugh at you or even think you're crazy; they might commit you to an insane asylum or something. I would also like to ask you not to go demonstrating at the drop of a hat; that is, if you do learn to use the force at that high of a level(Nobody likes a show-off).

Level 1

Step 1:

RELAXING YOURSELF


In order to maintain focus you must learn to relax yourself. take a couple slow, deep breathes.

Step 2:

FOCUS


The basis of using the force is focus. If you find it hard to focus then you should practice it often. Eventually you will be able to focus in the most stressful situations.
First, you should be sitting comfortably. Close your eyes and take a couple deep breathes. Now, imagine a shape such as a triangle or a square(I first learned with the triangle). Then try to change the size of the shape. Keep changing it but, make sure you don't lose control of the shape. Now, try moving it in different directions(up, down, side-to-side, turning, twisting, etc.). You should do this exercise for atleast five minutes, once or twice a day. If you can do this for no less than a week (seven consecutive days) without losing control then you may move on to the next step. Once you are done with this exercise you should still continue using it. It helps keep your mind sharp.

Step 3:

PSYCHIC SHEIELD


The psychic shield should be used whenever you do mental exercises. You should also use this when telling others about the practices mentioned on this web site(although I recommend you do not tell many people about anything due to the fact that entities from other dimensions could be listening(at least thats what i was told)). The shield also protects from mental attacks. Don't use this too often because it could act as a magnet for mental attacks. First, you should picture yourself and the people around you (if you are telling them about the practices). Now picture a bubble forming around those in the conversation. This bubble can be any size depending on the area you need to cover. You can also make it any opaque(see-thru) color(most use their jedi color). If you are shielding just yourself you can have the bubble so tight that it conforms to the shape of your body.

Step 4:

GROUNDING YOURSELF


First put up your psychic shield. Grounding yourself is a means of tieing yourself to the earth. You should be sitting up straight comfortably, feet planted firmly on the ground, and if at all possible you should be barefoot but if not thats okay; this should still work no matter what. Close your eyes and relax yourself. Now, imagine a golden line traveling straight through and out of your spine. Imagine it going all the way down and through anything until it touches the earth. Let it continue down and let it embed itself about 100 feet underground. If you feel a certain heaviness at the base of your spine not to worry; this is a normal thing. some people may feel it others may not(either way I asure you it is working). You should ground yourself when you meditate or when you center yourself. Once you are done and you want to undo the grounding just imagine the golden, straight line retracting back into your spine passing through whatever it passed through on the way down. Practice this one for a few days.

Step 5:

CENTERING YOURSELF


Once again, put up your psychic shield. Centering yourself will help you with focus and bodily harmony. First, ground yourself. Now, with your eyes closed, think about your heart area(this is where you will center yourself). As you do this you will notice a slight heaviness. You are now centered. Now, unground yourself and you will be done with this exercise. You should remain centered for the remainder of the day(unless you are bothered by something) .

Step 6:

MEDITATION


You should be sitting comfortably for this one. If not then it will be harder to focus on the elements you need to. When meditating you will use a mantra(some people use words in a foriegn language). I was taught that a mantra is nothing more than a focal point for your mind. If you use a word in your own language it can help you out in that area. The first mantra you will use is "Relax". First, put up your psychic shield and center yourself. Now, close your eyes and in your mind start saying "relax, relax" over and over again(this might help you if you have too much stress in your life). Once you get used to the meditation you can try it with your eyes open. You need to learn how to quiet your mind, concentrate on the mantra and not stressful events that may have occured over the course of the day. The next mantra is "Harmonize". This will help you to harmonize with your surroundings. If you have insomnia this next one may help you out. The third mantra I will give you is "Sleep", repeat the word in your mind over and over(you might want to wait until you need to sleep, otherwise you might find yourself sleeping in the wrong place ). The last mantra for this level is either "Heal" or "Healing", results are inconclusive. See what they do for you, if anything. Once you are relaxed from the first mantra("Relax") you can then try the second mantra("Harmonize") and so on. Practice this for about a week and then move on.
