NASCAR SPRINT CUP CHALLENGE
Rules:								Note:
1).	Pick car number of each race.							For any race where only one person picks
2).	Use a car number no more than once per HALF.  Any entry which violates							the winning driver, that person wins a bonus
	this rule will be disqualified and you will get 44 points for the 2nd occurrence.							of $10.00.
3).	If the car you picked is not entered or does not make the race, you get
	one point more than the last car in the field.							After bonus awards - Payoffs to Top Four
4).	In the event of driver change, substitution, injury or death, you still use							and Last Place Positions are as follows:
	the same car number.  The exception would be when a car number is
	changed, but it is still the same team etc…. Dale Earnhardt #3 to #29
	New 2003 - If a car # is dropped due to losing sponsorship or death of a driver,  you will have the
	opportunity to change that pick within 2 races of the event.  This is when the car # is out for the season.
	You must change both 1st half and 2nd half if applicable.
5).	Car receives the same number of points as its finishing position:							TOP THREE POSITIONS:
	(1st place = 1 point, 2nd place = 2 points, etc…)
6).	At the end of the half, the least total number of points is the winner.							1st	40%
7).	Tie Breaker for any position or award = most 1st place finishes.  If still							2nd	30%
	still tied, then most 2nd place finishes, and so forth until the tie is broken.							3rd	20%
8).	If a tie results for last place, the entry with the highest place finish as							4th	10%
	determined by rule # 7 will be awarded next to last place.							Last Place Position:
9).	If a race is postponed until after December 15, then it will not be included								$25
	in the final standings for the 2nd half.
10).	Deadline for entry is February 14th, 2007
11).	You must supply picks and Entry fee for the FULL Season up front.
	PARTICIPATION IN THIS CHALLENGE IS 25.00 PER HALF.
NOTE:	Payouts and amount for picking first place may change depending on the number of entries.
	I also have a maintenance fee to help cover my time, expenses and effort.
	Any individual winner will gladly subtract $1 of the winnings to the commisioner.
	Of course I forgot to subtract the maintenance fee this past year.
