19 December 2006.  The blog is up and running, so Geocities/Yahoo tell me.  I'll resubmit the blog threads I deleted over the next few days.

************
13 December 2006.  The Blog has had problems but seems to be working now after being down for about 6 hours.

************
2 December 2006.  The possible Casca story 'The Antichrist' which had been planned by another writer since 2004 has now been scrapped.  It is unlikely to be resurrected in the foreseeable future.

1 December 2006.  The month just gone has been the best ever for visits to this website.  It beat the previous best by 23%, an enormous jump.  This is good news for the revival of the series and I hope it continues.  Traditionally, over the past few years, December tends to drop from November's total so I expect a slightly quieter month.  Hopes for 2007 are good though and with the release of Casca 26: Johnny Reb in March (hopefully), this ought to stimulate more interest.  Maybe the magical 1000 barrier might be beaten?

28 November 2006.  Some news that's happened over the past few days; I've received my second batch of Casca Halls of Montezuma books; the publisher has been sent the first draft of Casca 26: Johnny Reb, and the Casca Forum has become very popular.  This means its nearly full so I'll have to prune a few old threads that haven't had any contributions for the past 3 years.  I'll do it in a week's time.

17 November 2006.  Apologies to all who tried to access the website earlier today.  For some reason the link from Compila was severed - something to do with SQL.  I did my moaning bit to the support people who fixed it after 2 hours.

************
15 November 2006.  I've added a new page,
bookcovers, which shows the artwork for the UK released issues 1 - 3.

3 November 2006.  One of our Texan readers has suggested making a tally of the number of kills Casca has committed, the number of women he's loved and the number of times he's been "killed".  A tally book by book is being made and we'll see which book comes up with the highest score.  Also I'm collating a survey of where Casca fans come from and shortly I'll publish the results on this website.

30 October 2006.  Received the audio CDs of Halls of Montezuma today from the publisher.  Will listen to them and see how it sounds.  The story is abridged and is 2 hours 36 minutes and 30 seconds long over 3 CDs.

************
20 October 2006.  Sales of the new book are steady.  A modest start but now the book is on Amazon.com hopefully more people will see it and be encouraged to buy it.

************
16 October 2006.  I've made a few new blog entries over the past week, including a Q & A blog.
