26 July 2009. The first batch of my books have turned up (two more to come) so I'm busy packing them and will send the first 20 off on monday. Its going to be a busy week.

14 July 2009. Conqueror is now out. That's 31 in the series! Will be contacting buyers over the next few days and sending the books when they arrive, probably around the 27th.

30 June 2009. Conqueror has now been sent to the printers. It should be out within 2 weeks.

14 June 2009. There are two other stories I'm working on; Casca: The Saracen is virtually ready for the publisher and is my next scheduled story after The Conqueror. This means I'm now free to work on future projects and I'm starting Casca: The Anzac, the sequel to The Trench Soldier. I'd begun it a year or two back but had done nothing recently. Now i'm going ahead with more of that story.

7 June 2009. Update on Casca 31: The Conqueror. The artwork will be completed in 2 weeks and the book then scheduled for an early July release. I should have my allocation by the 15th of that month. The story itself is complete and ready to print. On another tack, I've been advised that this website is to be upgraded later this year as geocities are shutting down the facility I'm using. It'll mean a more expensive website to maintain, and I'm not sure yet what will be involved in upgrading it, whether I'll have to reinvent the website or be able to switch it over to the new site. I'll let you know when I do.

22 April 2009. The publisher and I had a chat on the phone last night. He'd like the next Casca novel out by the end of June/start of July, and Mike Goodwin's planned story The Outlaw may not be ready in time. As Saracen (my planned next release) won't be ready with the artwork etc until August, I've agreed to rush through Casca: The Conqueror which I've done about 60% of the initial draft so far. I'll get the remaining 90 pages done and the draft checked, corrected and the artwork done within 8 weeks - hopefully.

19 April 2009. Sales are going well, I've nearly used up my initial stock. Spoke to the publisher last night and it was suggested that Casca: The Saracen would be published in September. Keep checking this site for further news of this.

25 March 2009. My stock of Napoleon's Soldier should be here this week. I'll be contacting everyone then who wants to buy a copy off me.
