| In my normal occupation I am a Mainframe(IBM VM/VSE) computer operator. I have worked for DL for just over 2 years now. DL have announced, as part of a Unilever initiative(we are part of the Unilever group), the intention to swap from the Mainframe we use at the moment over to a SAP system. This system will be run from another site where staff levels are such that we will no longer be required. |
| DL have given us this opportunity to retrain our skills into a new field as part of a loyalty package, which is intended to either give us the chance to move into a new role within the company or to enhance the opportunity for employment outside of DL if no suitable position can be found inhouse. |
